Here’s my process…
BOOKING
Simply reach out with your wedding details through the contact page on my site, and I'll check my availability. If I'm free on your date, we’ll set up a Zoom call to dive into your wedding vision and ensure we’re the perfect fit. Once we’re all set, I’ll send an invoice for a 25% deposit along with my contract. Once the paperwork and payment are taken care of, you're officially booked – so exciting!
PLANNING
Six weeks before your wedding, I’ll send an online questionnaire along with your final balance invoice. This helps me get a clear picture of your plans and ensures that every part of your day is covered seamlessly. We’ll also have another Zoom call to review these details and address any last-minute questions you might have, so everything is set for your big day.
WEDDING DAY
I’ll arrive early on your wedding day to connect with your other suppliers and ensure everything's set. I’ll also stop by bridal prep (if applicable) to let you know I’m on site! While things are calm & relaxed, I’ll capture those beautiful scene-setting shots of your venue. Then… it’s SHOWTIME! I keep one step ahead throughout the day, guiding you on what to expect next. With my experience, I’ll make sure we stay on track to capture all the moments you want, while giving you the space to enjoy every minute with your friends and family.

I have a Sat Nav, so I think I’ll be okay! But in all seriousness, the reason you’re hiring a professional photographer is for the very fact they are shooting weddings day in day out and can think quickly and creatively in any location. Saying that, I have been known to recce a new venue in advance if I felt It would be of benefit. Besides, do you really want exactly the same wedding photographs as all the other couples who have got married at your venue?

There’s a lot more ‘behind the scenes’ to being a wedding photographer than you’d think, plus I could be editing 2/3 weddings at the same time too. I certainly don't want to rush your final gallery and will ONLY deliver it when I’m totally happy with the finished product. I’m sure you’d agree!

Good question! I use the world's leading gallery hosting platform “Pic Time” to deliver your wedding photos. I’ll email you over a private link on the day of delivery, it’s password protected but you can share the link with friends & family for access. You’ll be able to download (for free) both social size’d versions and full high res too for printing purposes too. Your gallery will be accessible for at least one year. And the great thing is, if you want to purchase prints or albums (with super fast delivery times) you can do this seamlessly straight rom your gallery with a couple of clicks. Amazing huh!? Just all part of the service my friends!
